NWSF Online Fair Entries

Entering competitive exhibits is easy, accurate and safe. The following will help you manage your online entries efficiently.

  1. Preview the online NWSF Premium book to determine the correct Department and Class you will need for your exhibit. Department (A) is the Open division, Department (D) is the Senior Citizens division and Department (B) is the County Junior Fair division. Each Department has a variety of Classes and Lots to determine the type and level of competition. It is your responsibility to select the correct Department, Class and Lot for your entry.
    1. Example: Department A-2, Class A (4) = Open Beef Cattle, Angus (Bull, junior yearling), Department B-2, Class A (6) = Junior Fair Beef Cattle, Purebred Angus (Heifer calf, senior) and Department D-18, Class A (4) = Senior Citizens Cultural Arts, (Homemade toy).
  2. Click the Online Fair Exhibits button at the bottom of this page.
    1. First time users create your account. Once you create an account you may return as often as you like through Log In.
      1. Complete all required fields
  3. Select Premium Book to preview the various Departments, Classes and Lots or go to Quick Entries and enter your Department, Class and Lot.
    1. Complete the required information indicated with an * to proceed.
    2. Continue with any additional entries you may have.

  4. Select Pending Entries to preview your selected entries and Select Pen if you will need a Stall for animal exhibits.
  5. Select Tickets & Misc Items/Check Out.
    1. All online entries will be charges a $2.00 processing fee.
    2. We will send your Entry Tags in the Mail for $1.00 fee or you may pick-up your Exhibitor Tags at the Fairgrounds Entry Office beginning June 21, 2010.
  6. Review the Fair Rules and Click the box affirming you understand the rules presented in the Premium Book and Code of Ethics of the NWSFA.
  7. Print and Preview your entries.
  8. Select Check Out to complete the online payment process.

Fair Admission Tickets/Passes:

When you present your Competitive Exhibits to the Fairgrounds (prior to the opening of the fair), you will receive Two (2) Complementary Tickets to the 2010 NWSF. A Complementary Ticket will grant you one day admission to the NWSF or you may elect to purchase an Adult Admission Wristband ($20.00 value) for a $10.00 upgrade with each of your Complementary Tickets.
